2. I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 40 days, contact us and we will try our best to help
3. The tracking system shows that the package was delivered to its destination, but the buyer claims they did not receive the package.
We do not offer refunds or reprints for orders marked as delivered. Customers can contact contact their carrier (i.e., USPS/ UPS, DHL, etc.) for exact details on the delivery, including GPS location
4. Incorrect address.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. We do not offer replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entry.

5. How to return my package?
Items you receive that are free from defects and made as ordered and as described on our website are not returnable. Of course, if an error is ours, we’ll replace the item at no charge to you.

6. The post office provided a notice that the package was lost in the mail.
We will be happy to replace and reship the order that was lost in the mail.
